Cold room panels are produced in standard width, according to the length and thickness suitable for the project. Panels are specially produced according to cooling options and regional factors. It is produced in RAL9002 color code, locked and unlocked, with a polyurethane filling of 42 kg/m³ (+-2%) density between 2 hygienic 0.50 mm sheets.

Semi-Hermetic Cooling Devices

Process Ambient Cooling Devices

Process Environment Cooling devices, the cooling system generally applied to prevent products from being exposed to outdoor temperature during preparation, packaging, shredding and shipment processes, is called Process Environment Cooling. It is widely used in meat, milk and cheese integrated facilities and production facilities. Process cooling devices prevent the cold chain from being broken, both during the product preparation and production stages and at the stages where the product must remain cold. Its purpose is to prevent the product from losing its properties. These devices, which can generally operate in situations where air conditioning is inadequate, do not have any negative effects on human health due to the soft flow rate of their fans.

Dual Regime Devices

They are devices that offer different degrees of preservation in the cold or frozen same room in the cold chain. It provides solutions for businesses where cooling products and cooling degrees vary. For example, a product that needs to be stored at -18°C can be kept in the cold storage room for 1 week, while another product that needs to be stored at +5°C can be kept with the same device the next week. Dual regime devices can be preferred between -25°C and +10°C.

Hinged Swing Doors

Cold and frozen room doors are produced and mounted according to the desired size in accordance with the project. Hinged swing doors are produced with or without threshold, opening to the right and left according to the structure of the cold room. Resistance doors are preferred for freeze rooms.

Sliding Doors

Sliding doors preferred in cold rooms and storage areas are single-winged. It works by sliding it left and right with the rail system. Sliding door working method is of two types. It works with an electric motor and pushing through a fixed arm. Different optional colors are used on sliding doors.

Winged Bar Door

It is generally used in facilities, production, processing, process cooling areas, in areas where rapid transition is required in order to maintain the environment temperature. ar doors are designed as single leaf and double leaf. It is widely preferred in many areas such as production facilities, factories, integrated facilities and warehouses as it is useful, fast and insulated. Cold Room Humidification Devices

Many products to be stored in cooling systems require moisture. Humidification devices are selected by calculating m³ according to the size of the tank (lt/h). Humidification devices are used to meet this need. Humidity devices keep the humidity required by the product constant, preventing the product from deteriorating, preserving its vitality and thus preventing loss of economic value.
