Cold and Frosty Room Panels

It is the product that creates the shape, capacity and isolation of the room established in the cold chain. Cold room panels are produced in standard width, according to the length and thickness suitable for the project. Panels are specially produced according to cooling options and regional factors. It is produced in RAL9002 color code, locked and unlocked, with a polyurethane filling of 42 kg/m³ (+-2%) density between 2 hygienic 0.50 mm sheets.

What are the cold room panel dimensions and features?

  • Our panels are produced in three main parts as wall, ceiling and floor.
  • Panel thickness and lengths vary according to the cooling option.
  • As Umut Teknik, we manufacture and mount panels from the lowest m² to the largest m².
  • It is produced in the desired length and in 60 mm - 80 mm - 100 mm - 120 mm - 150 mm - 200 mm thickness.
  • The panel outer surface has PVC, Stainless, Poly-Poly, Pvc-Poly, Pvc-Pvc corrugated and non-corrugated varieties.
  • After the cold room panel mounting, the wall, ceiling and floor panel connection points are closed with accessories and the isolation is completed.
