What are the features of hinged swing door?

• Door insulation is filled with 40 (+/-2) density polyurethane between 2 sheets.
• Door Thickness: It is 68 mm in normal cold storeges and 92 mm in freeze storage warehouses.
• The lock structure has a mechanism that can be controlled from the inside and outside, and a handle with a phosphor is used.
• The hinge is rising and adjustable type.
• The surface sheet is 0.50 mm thick, both sides of the sheets are PVC sheet. According to the demand, polyester - CrNi dyed sheet is selected.
• For industrial panel rooms, one wall of the room is produced as a special doorcase. Since the door leaf is mounted on this panel, there is no additional mounting problem. Special PVC exterior and aluminum interior casings are used for rooms without panels. Since the wing is mounted on the case, its application is very easy.
• Thermal Bridge: Sealing is provided with a special rubber gasket surrounding the door.
• There is a resistance against freezing in the Frozen Guard Doors. Since it is a resistor diode, no transformer is required.
• It is possible to produce in desired dimensions up to 100 x 200 cm Net passage.
