Meat and chicken products should be subjected to cold chain immediately after slaughter. Keeping it in a freeze room within the scope of the cooling chain ensures that the product is stored between -18°C / -25°C without losing its vitality and freshness in the process from the producer to the consumer.

It is widely used in sectors such as cooling chain, meat integrated, butcher, restaurant, eatinghouse, hotel, catering, which has become obligatory in many areas in our country and in the world.

Panels, doors, devices and consumables to be used in the freeze room setup vary according to the type of product to be stored, storage conditions and regional effects.

Freeze Room Panels are formed by locking the polyurethane filling material which has a density of 42 kg/m³ (+-2%) and a thickness of 120-150 mm between two 0.50 mm sheets.

Our Freeze Room Doors are polyester painted on galvanized coating with a density of 42 kg/m³ (+-2%). Doors are selected as hinged, swinged, sliding, resistance, threshold and non-threshold.

The Freeze Room Device varies according to the characteristics, tonnage, capacity, regional factors and storage period of the products that need to be stored. For cooling groups, device selection is made with the right reconnaissance, analysis and determinations between +10°C / +45°C and +10°C / +55°C operating temperature according to regional effects and according to the temperate and hot climate conditions.
