Cold Room is a link in the industrial cooling chain. Cold Room allow the products to be stored between -5°C and +15°C without deteriorating their freshness and properties, depending on the type, characteristics and storage conditions of the product.

The most commonly used temperature range in cold rooms is -5°C to +8°C. Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Fresh Meat and Chicken Products, Milk and Dairy Products, Fish and Aquaculture Products, Bakery Products and Medicinal Medicines are stored at these operating temperatures.
Cold rooms are mostly preferred in the fields of industry, production and raw materials as well as the food sector.

It is not possible to quote an exact price for chill store. Because the chill store that need to be designed depending on the cold storage you need and the product group you will keep, differ according to the way of construction. That is to say, the width, length and height dimensions of the designed chill store vary according to the type, capacity and storage conditions of the product to be stored.

Panels are produced in RAL9002 color code by placing a polyurethane filler with a density of 42kg/m³ (+-2%) and a thickness of 80-100 mm between two 0.50 mm thick hygienic sheets.

Cold Room Door Features?
Cold Room doors are selected as hinged, swinging, sliding, with and without threshold. Our doors are polyester painted on galvanized coating with a density of 42 kg/m³ (+-2%).

Cold Room Device Features?
Cold Room Device selection varies according to the characteristics, tonnage, capacity, regional factors and storage period of the products to be stored. For cooling groups, device selection is made with the right reconnaissance, analysis and determinations between +10°C / +45°C and +10°C / +55°C operating temperature according to regional effects and according to the temperate and hot climate conditions. Our chillers are equipped with brands accepted in Europe and are certified.

Cold Room Isolation and Its Importance?
Isolation is one of the indispensable elements of Cold Room. Wall and ceiling insulations of cold rooms are provided by the panels and accessories we produce. On the cold room floor, isolation is provided by creating a thermal bridge with floor panel or XPS foamboard, wire mesh and reinforced concrete.
