Fish and Aquaculture Cold and Frozen Room

Fish-style products should be subjected to the cold chain immediately after fishing.
Preserving fish products in the cooling chain ensures that the products are kept intact and fresh from the producer to the consumer. One of the most important stages of the cold chain in Cooling and Industrial cooling systems is the Freeze Room, which provides storage conditions between -15°C and -25°C.

In fish-style products, solutions are provided with Cold Room and Process environment cooling alternatives according to storage and usage conditions.

• All alternatives in the cooling chain can be preferred according to the shipping and consumption conditions of the products.
• In case of cold chain shipment and storage, solution is provided with Container Freeze room (-15°C / -25°C).
• In case of preparation, packaging, shredding, sizing and shipping, the solution is provided with Process environment cooling (+10°C / +15°C).
• For fish, oysters, shrimp, mussels, crabs and all aquatic products, the Shock room (-35°C / 40°C) is preferred for long-term preservation by reaching the temperature required to be preserved in a short time without deteriorating the core temperature and product characteristics.

The devices, panels and doors of the rooms to be installed for the cooling chains vary according to the storage conditions, regional factors, scope and cooling conditions.
